Hello friends,

Starting March 23, 2020, all software support requests should be sent to TJ Donoghue (tj.donoghue@worldstage.com) at which point a decision will be made as to the best way to handle your request. This email account is being monitored by multiple people to facilitate requests, but it may take 24-48 hours for us to respond. For the safety of our staff, we may not be able to provide on-site support during this time, but are willing to offer remote control support in lieu of in-person support where permitted.

For show-critical support please, in addition to sending an email, leave a voicemail at +1 (201) 809-7000 in order for us to best expedite your request. We ARE still providing support to active productions and installations.

Due to the current public health crisis surrounding COVID-19 and the Coronavirus and its fallout, we have had to make the difficult decision to temporarily suspend all non-essential development of Waltz starting March 23, 2020 and until further notice. This is not a decision we take lightly, and I wish it were not the case, but the realities of the current landscape of the entertainment industry have made this necessary. We are not alone in this issue, and our hearts go out to everyone who is being adversely affected during this time on uncertainty including our friends across the country and world from Actor's Equity, IATSE, United Scenic Artists, and every single freelancer and furloughed employee who rely on the entertainment industry. While it is still difficult to tell what the future holds, I know that as a community of creators and artists we have weathered storms for thousands of years, and that like every obstacle before, this one to we shall overcome.

This is heartbreaking for us after nearly two and a half years of development, but we unfortunately have no choice. We hope to resume development as soon as we can so we can continue to deliver what we feel is the future of show control, to you. We have a lot of exciting things in the pipeline for when we return!

Godspeed,
Patrick Angle, Former Head of Software Design and Development
